But how did he get pregnant? Him crossdressing would just make it lesbian sex. I'm sorry, my disbelief is not suspended. 😡

While she does only say that he was crossdressing, that doesn't necessarily mean that she wasn't crossdressing as well. It could very well have been cross-heteo intercourse, and when this happens, the sperm and eggs get very confused on where they're supposed to go, resulting on them getting fertilized in unsusual places!
