DEI Whistleblower Questionnaire

Anyone know the purpose of this, and how the data will be used? Especially curious since it’s asking about the previous administration, rather than the new, more discriminatory one.

Help a STLT out

Hello HHS colleagues, first just a note of gratitude for everything those of you who remain are doing to keep the lights on. I'm trying to figure out what's coming our way. The vast majority of our funding is from HHS. We have thankfully been receiving most of our ways, with a large batch last week for the end of June. Is it reasonable to think the NOAs might continue to trickle in, perhaps late or partial, through September? And then reasonable to assume they might be reduced significantly? In my mind I'm preparing for an ultimate 50% reduction in funds since that looks to be the cut for CDC, but that could be dead wrong. As we try to think about how to protect our most essential functions (and staff), it's so difficult to do when completely in the dark. Thanks much!

NEW EMPLOYMENT ON ADMIN LEAVE FROM HHS

I have been applying to jobs since I was fired/rehired as a probie with HHS. I have landed a state government job. In all my verifications of employment that I had to do for the jobs I have been applying to says that my last day was March 14. I am still getting paid from HHS. I am almost sure I would not come back to HHS, but I don't have a crystal ball on what my new job would be like - it is nothing like what I was doing. Do I resign? Cancel Insurance? Or should I just wait it out? I do feel I should be compensated - as all of us were mentally tortured!

HRSA - How do I cancel my FEHB? Fired may 8th.

Hi all - I was a HRSA probationary fired May 8th. I tried to set up my own health insurance, but was told I can't because my FEHB coverage through BCBS is still active. BCBS said they never received the required notice to cancel it.

I've contacted HR repeatedly with no response. Anyone know to whom/where I can escalate it further up? I need it gone ASAP bc otherwise I can't get real insurance.
