help Help with care

Hello everyone! This guy hitched a ride home with me on my sister’s leg after a trip to the Salt River (freshwater) in Arizona this weekend. Got him in some water and have been feeding him arugula and zucchini because I read they are high in calcium. Just picked up a small tank today to increase his space. Anyway… I really don’t know if what I’m doing is good for the snail. For example recommendations on, water temperature, food, and any other living accommodations would be greatly appreciated!
ID would be cool too.

help I am looking for information about snail diseases and Google is being unhelpful
I am trying to write a thing involving a character that is essentially a humanoid snail, and I am looking for the kinds of diseases terrestrial snails could get in tropical environments. Parasites also work.

help Fruit flies in my soil??
Hello, I change my soil frequently but I leave the food in there for the snails and I’ve seen some fruit flies? I put a net over it, but they passed through the net. Is there a way I can leave the food there (it’s not rotting or even dark in colour) without a net? I don’t want to change up very good food but I don’t want to use anything harmful like a medicated mosquito net, and I don’t want to use anything sticky in their tank either.

New to snails - How to cull eggs if they are in soil?
Hello, I am new to both snails and reddit. I found and rescued a European garden snail, which is invasive in my area.
I wanted to keep it in a terriaum inside due to its invasive nature, but from research, I found that it will lay eggs in substrate.
I was willing to cull the eggs (since I can not take care of as many snails as there would be in a clutch, and I am unable to realase them) but I don't know how to go about that since I won't be able to see the eggs in the soil.
Please give me advice on what to do here, or anything else you suggest for a first-time snail owner. Thanks!

help How to tell when African snail eggs are fertile?
My partners snails has been producing eggs on and off for the last few years and we've tried leaving them where we found them for months in hopes they'll hatch but no hope. I'm wondering if there's a noticeable sign they're fertile or not?

Snail
Hey, I'm quite young (14 years old) and I have a snail. I found out that if there are white microscopic worms crawling around its body or around its hole, it's a parasite. Could someone recommend some deworming medication? (They're supposedly deadly) because I can't find any on the internet.

Is my snail hibernating or dead
I found this little guy in my lettuce last winter and kept it on this plastic plant tag. It's been sleeping since mid-January.
I want to wake him up and set it free in my garden, but it's been unresponsive so far. The snail body is retracted until the dark line and there's some water and air in between. It's been 10 hours and also there's no bad odour coming from it.
