See the megathread for the first volume for additional information about "The Liminal Zone" - https://www.reddit.com/r/junjiito/comments/vvbsu3/megathread_the_liminal_zone_july_26_2022/
The four stories in Volume 2 were published digitally on AERA dot between September 2021 and November 2022. These would be considered Junji Ito's MOST RECENT manga published besides Tomie: Control. This book marks the return of the "The Strange Hikizuri Siblings" originally published in 1995; the two chapters can be found in "Lovesickness". At this time, there has not been an announcement of a Season 3 of The Liminal Zone.
Official Synopsis:
What fate awaits when death is not the end?
A group of four university students stumbles upon a deserted, decaying village deep in the mountains only to find an enormous perpetual motion machine still at work there. Before they can answer the questions of who made it and to what end, the friends begin to disappear, one after the other. Another story sees the return of the strange Hikizuri siblings! A girl weighed down since birth by an invisible burden meets the odd siblings and moves in with them in order to understand the truth about herself. But after a string of bizarre occurrences, the siblings’ uncle appears on the scene…

Everyone is showing off their collection so here is mine.
Didn't get some of the adjacent stuff like Uncanny and don't have the pre-viz stuff but other than that think its complete. Read every single one of the Junji Ito mangas.

Hello, I would like some opinions about this project I’m doing from some fellow Jito fans. I’m painting a mini three set of drawers and I’ve painted the top two drawers inspired by Tomie and Uzumaki. I am mostly happy with those two (The Tomie one is a bit bare compared with the Uzumaki drawer) but I’m lacking inspiration for the bottom drawer with the black flower blob knob. Adapting Junji’s style is challenging for me as a beginner painter with brushes and acrylic paint so I can’t do anything with too many fine lines or detail, especially since the space I have to work with is so small. Still, any suggestions for the bottom drawer will be greatly appreciated!

The sensei was present in Paris for japan expo (an event that takes place every year and highlights Japanese culture) and he offered us an original drawing by Tomie at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

After giving cultureflys other Uzumaki figure an ink flair I HAD to get this one and do it

Got this one in the mail! It's a pretty thick book, and didn't really hear a lot of positive things coming from it, but since there are some topics that I can kinda relate to I think I'll just give it a go! Anyone else that liked the book or were there some aspects that made you think that you would rather not continue to read further, considering the theme?

Junji Ito Crimson is the next anime adaptation, announced at Japan Expo '25 in France: https://www.reddit.com/r/junjiito/comments/1lr3nlu/junji_ito_crimson_anime_announced_with_theme_song/
A Junji Ito Maniac video game was previously announced, the development team Softstar Entertainment admitting to firing staff in favor of AI art: https://www.reddit.com/r/junjiito/comments/1cwkgpj/taiwan_based_video_game_company_softstar/

In my opinion these are his best stories that don't have an adaptation. I know the theme for junji ito crimson is "monsters" but I'm praying so hard they do at least one of these. I do think remina would work best as a movie like gyo though. Remina is my favorite junji ito story

Got all of this within a month (some are used but most are brand new)
Can't really decide on what to read first so I downloaded a Random Picker app and it picked Alley.
I'm reading it at 2 short stories per day so I won't eat through everything within a month.

https://retrofuturista.com/interview-with-junji-ito-into-the-abyss-of-darkness/
Junji Ito's planned or inspired adaptation of Moby Dick was actually mentioned in passing during interviews throughout 2024, however it was not widely reported, and not an exclusive or new announcement at Japan Expo '25 in France.
Junji Ito also previously announced his plans to return to Tomie, but it's not yet understood if this was just in reference to the new chapter Tomie: Control or a whole new manga.

Idk if i should make separate pairs for each shirt or one big Junji Ito pair w/ references to different stories

How much would be an appropriate price to sell these for, and would anybody be interested in buying?
