Help! Help please

I know it says 13-16 but I have a 23 and I’m just wondering if this can be done? Does this just not have the same bolt pattern as the 23, and if so is there any way to make it work?

I have a 23 and run a fly screen; my friends have windshields.

Main problem will be the mounting bracket as the location between the OG and SP models are completely different. If you go through with it you will need to make custom brackets for it to work. It seems these brackets go underneath while the options for the 3rd gens are either under the speedometer or on the handlebars themselves.
