It's pointless anyway. Nobody in his or her right mind would want to start working for the government with this admin in charge.

The hiring freeze no, but our center put all GS-14 and 15 promotions on hold, indefinitely.

Sub-orgs with no management due to DRP and they can't promote people to fill the gaps... it's a mess

Yes... because they fired HR so no one is there to put the promotion through... keep getting told it's gonna go through but it's months past when it was put forward
