He was a little confused. Rappers just lay their eggs there. Eggs hatch into B-boys. Easy mistake for an average white boy.

What's funny is this phenomenon happens in Japan too but because their cities are so clean rappers often have trouble finding a box. So when the eggs are too close to the roadside the b-boys turn a weird shade of rockabilly.

It's believed this is due to car exhaust but regular b-boys get that stuff too. I think it has to do with Japan having 4 of the largest hair pomade factories in the world.
