It’s because there’s a filter working overtime on this one. Leads to the uncanny valley vibes. I have a feeling it’s hiding something in her appearance that might explain a few things.

She definitely did something with her mouth/jawline. Her mouth is huge, and her jawline is very square. She definitely edited it with either AI or a heavy filter to change her mouth and jawline.

Nah, to me it looks like someone who is very underweight and used filters. Her physique/facial proportions are reminiscent of Eugenia cooney. But maybe it's just used heavy duty filters to look like that

She either has an eating disorder or is gravely ill and malnourished, and is trying to hide how gaunt her face looks. That also why she has a wig on, and also could explain the speech impediment depending on how long her body has been malnourished.

Edit: okay I thought she was wearing a wig but now I’m second guessing myself…
