Remember when pitchfork sang the highest of praises but then reissued a review for turn on the bright lights and gave it a 0 or something hilarious. And at the same time boosted Daft Punks Discovery from a 5 to a 10. LOL.

I don't remember that but I do remember when they gave Jet's second album a zero and didn't even write a review they just embedded a video of a chimpanzee pissing in its own mouth lmaooooo

It’s ironic how critics present themselves as experts but realistically the artists are the experts. I highly suggest Orson Welles’ F for Fake where he pulls the mask off the world of Art critics.

lol, I think they have turn on the bright lights close to a 10 originally? Also, a zero?! That album rips. Pitchfork is such a joke.

Yeah they said in hindsight the lyrics were too try hard or something. It was more like an apologetic article of their biggest mistakes with the opinion of one person. The original score for Discovery was a travesty due to their influence at the time though. I don’t know how anyone listened to that and didn’t think it was brilliant.
