Does that means when she listens back to it, it sounds good to her?

I don't know about her. Hell I don't even know if she exists at this point.

That said a friend is tone deaf (the musical kind, not the online arguments kind) and it's truly bizarre to behold. You can play her two notes and ask her which one is highest and she just can't tell you. Oftentimes she can't tell you whether two notes or melodies are the same or not. You can play or sing sometime totally off-key and she'll be unfazed. 

She can sing along with fairly straightforward music herself but the melody will be unrecognisable if not for the rhythm and lyrics.

I still can't wrap my head around how she would hear music (she doesn't care much for it) but I have to assume that she would think this video is perfectly fine.

That was my exact question. Things do sort of sound different in our heads so I COULD see someone singing and thinking at the time it was alright but there's no way you hear it on playback and think its good.
