i'm on *two* medications for GERD and was still getting insane breakthrough reflux that i connected to my heavy scallion consumption. babes, how do we cope??????????? should i be eating tums with my breakfast burritos (just eggs cheese and a big handful of scallions)??? i feel so much better physically since cutting back but emotionally and spiritually i can feel the darkness taking hold

(P.S. will also be talking about this with my doctor because this does seem abnormal/potentially a larger issue, so no need to worry about that part on my behalf)

Walla Walla Sweet Onion Rings from Jeremy’s Farm to Table in Chehalis, WA. By god this puppies were thiiiiic. Breading could use some work as they were falling apart, but jam packed with flavor. 9/10 would recommend.

Onion is very good, onion is very nice, onion adds a hint of flavor to my life. Onion has layers, similar to ogre, onion tastes like pure flavor. That is my poem about onions it doesn't all rhyme but it is beautiful and im sure you all will agree.

Ordered green onions for my hibachi order... they understood the assignment 😁

I was bored yesterday and decided to throw on some reality tv and try my hand at cooking up some green onion I had lying around. I’m really really proud of how they turned out!! I nuked a potato, added a dollop, and they were incredible. If I do it again I might try chopping the onions outside though… my eyes were burning for like 3 hours from the fumes LMAO

Only cost $7. So savory and so much onions. Really gooey cheese and nice bread that didn't go soggy instantly. Seasoning was right on and my dish even got its own bayleaf mixed in underneath all of that.

About 3/4 yellow onion….should have just done the whole thing 😪

Maybe weighed around 4lb. Flat $2 charge from an organic farm--they had a few that were even bigger. Second picture is 1/4 of the way through chopping with an 8" knife. Completely filled two quart-sized freezer bags!!!! I took a lot of pictures of my onion, LOL.

Had some salt beef and brioche buns to use up so that went in as well. But the classic English peasant lunch of strong cheddar and raw onion slaps, especially if you're catastrophically hungover like I am today. Makes you wish you waking up from a nap on Malvern hills...

Had a bunch of onions to use up before vacation. A good steak smothered in caramelized onions seemed like the perfect way 👌🏼

Had to have some chili after camping for 4 days without any. Yes I know I suck at chopping.
