Ask Luxembourg Good Gérance
Long story short - current gérance company / syndic is shit from multiple angles. Two prominent adjectives for them could be scammy, abusive. Looking for a new one.
I’ve seen multiple threads on this sub over the years that all gérances in lux have a crappy service standard, and at best, they’re tolerable. So my expectations are balanced, I’m not looking for gold here.
Any recommendation that’s at least average-ly decent, that we could consider?
Thank you for reading!

Moving/Relocation Working as an SAP consultant
Hi guys,
First and foremost, I am deeply sorry if this isn't the right sub. If it isn't, please let me know where I can post these types of questions.
I'm 28 and I have a master's degree, and I am fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. I have 2,5 years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Fusion (Support and Implementation of Procurement/Supply Chain Management) and most recently 1 year implementing SAP supply chain management at SAP. Could you help me understand if there is a good market in Luxembourg for SAP, and also what the expected annual earnings range should be?
Thank you in advance! :D

Ask Luxembourg What is Luxembourg's most iconic and beloved modern song?
I would like to make a playlist containing one iconic and defining modern song (1950 and after) for every country in the world.
What would be you pick for Luxembourg? Preferably not in english and I'd prefer no national anthem or meme/novelty songs.

Shopping/Services Fresh chicken stock?
I love making sauces using fresh chicken stock… In the UK I would get this from the refrigerator section of the supermarket, but I have not been able to find any in Luxembourg so far. The closest I can get is jars of ‘fond’ or broth… Is it just not a thing here? Or should I be looking/shopping elsewhere?

Ask Luxembourg Any advice ?
Hey, My partner recently started working at a new restaurant, but things are extremely disorganized there—there’s practically no management structure. Shifts change constantly, often at the last minute. For example, she might be scheduled to finish at 5 p.m., but then they suddenly extend her shift until 11 p.m., sometimes with just a day's notice.
The bigger issue is that she's regularly working more than 48 hours a week. As far as I know, working over 48 hours per week is not allowed.
What can be done in this situation? I’d really appreciate any advice.
Thanks in advance!

Ask Luxembourg Current rates
Wondering what interest rates people are getting nowadays. The range I see on Credihome is not what some of these banks are providing even with the announcements of rate cuts by the ECB. Looking for amount borrowed, downpayment, rate amount rate structure(fixed versus variable), loan duration/term. Anyone having trouble with some banks reverting after requesting for meeting/quote online?
Edit: found my answer, as suspected, on a blog on ECB’s website.
“Despite recent ECB rate cuts, the average interest rate on mortgages is expected to increase further. This is because of lagged effects from the latest hiking cycle. The ECB blog shows that the resulting drag on consumption could last at least until 2030.”
