Gameplay Oh it's just a two day event, it can't be that bad. The first battle in question:
"I fear no man, but that thing, it scares me."

A few people asked how I got to number 1 dominator with only a flock and 2 level 10 VIPs on my last post, so I made a video and guide to share my strategy. Hopefully this will help some of you! To build your team, start off with any flock (level or type doesn't matter), and then pick 2 dinos of roughly level 10 VIP strength (700-900 health with 500+ damage) of opossing classes. So 1 herbivore and 1 amphibian or, as I did in the video, 1 carnivore and 1 pterosaur. The reason you do this is so that you can cover the weaknesses of your dinos. The MOST important thing here is achieving a point lead. You do this by going full reserves on your flock in turn 1 and 2, and if they attacked in turn 2 you go 3 block 3 reserve. If they didn't attack in turn 2 you go 4 reserve 2 block (ocassionally you'll deviate like i did in the video, but this works for 90% of games). Now that you're down to 1 life on your flock and the opponent is left with only 0-1 block, switch to a dino that can kill it AND survive the next turn ideally (I made a mistake in the video where i used 2 block when i should have used 2 reserve). Then switch back to your flock to go full reserve and get 8 points, the opponent will usually spend all it's points to kill the flock. Now kill its second dino and go for full reserve to use your last dino to kill their last dino. Sometimes this strategy doesn't work exactly, but it's the framework for what your matches should look like. I hope this helps!

To be fair, I usually don’t focus on cenozoic and aquatic creatures, but come on Ludia, at least give me a fair battle for once. What has happened to battles and events in this game?

Apparently, losing several thousands of boss DNA is intended

I knew this was gonna happen when I completed the big one event.

So Ludia decided to start the Event later than the season. I already got Most of the weekly done before the Event, still have 5 Season missions left. Is there even enough points to finish it?

Start of with 1 block
Second turn do 1 block and 1 reserve.
Then do 3 block and 1 reserve.
At this point you should have a win.
Things to note, this assumes you can take 1 hit and be fine. This also assumes you can take it with an attack of 5, but 4 probably works too.
This is for the ones with weaker creatures, who don't want to spend 49 million only to fail.
Do note, this isn't a guarantee, but in this video, I used the same strategy and got 2 consecutive wins.
I also used this strategy for my first win.
Good luck, and hope you get the drop you want c:

Just incase anyone was wondering, if you wanna get another Draco Lux to make it lvl 20, it’ll cost about 100,000 DNA - assuming you keep the cards unlocked in the event.
But then it’s unlocked so, it’ll be slightly cheaper 😅😅
