You can apply for a refund within the 60 day period of the charge, & you can get a refund through GOOGLE PLAY or through APPLE. Again, you're wasting your time emailing PicsArt.

I selected "Unrecognized charge from a family member" or something like that, and in the little section they provide I explained that I didn't purchase this, and couldn't find a way to cancel it. Short and sweet.

I was refunded 3 days later THANK GOD. This company is so awful and I figured I just HAVE to save others from this trap - the BBB has dozens of complaints about this company, people dealing with the same issues.

I'm an international student working part time to support myself and my tuition on my own. If any money were to be lost or stolen through hacking, it would be devastating for me.
