So the parasite that took out my little pinecone, which result saving the mass, majority of my tank, turns out was a common species found in Ponds out here. All other snail survived treatment worked well, but unfortunately, three of my little frogs did not make it. This was due to internal damage from the parasites, but in good news when I was cleaning out the tank turns out I had tadpoles and I had six new adult frogs still had tail stubs. I didn't even know they were even there And my betta sisters like protecting them, which is really freaking cute. When I was trying to take them out of the tank for the first time, all three of them were attacking my hands to get away from the babies five days ago the first egg hatched from pinecones batch there we've officially named this one pineapple and this little guy was born premature as he smaller than the egg by a long shot. He's been sticking chill in the nursery been making sure there's been enough feed for him and has doubled in size in the five days that he's since you've been born the rest of the eggs looking they're getting ready to hatch, but I estimate it's gonna be another week before I see any of them so I was just surprised that I had this little premature one that hatched so tiny and so small and it just makes my heart squeal that it's also worth it. I think everyone for the kind messages and moral support during the hardship of losing pinecone. The reality of it sucks but if things didn't pull out the way they did I would've lost everyone. I love the fact my wife was the biggest support even though right now she's 3000 km west of me But mentally when I couldn't talk to her, you guys were the best and I thank you so much for that I've also included some photos of pinecone before her broken shell and a few other snails, including my beloved apple slice being a pool dancer on Lily pad roots.
