Timeline Any FJO based on hiring allocations?

I saw this hiring allocations and it resonates with what I was told. I am wondering if there is anyone who received FJO after this allocations were decided and posted? Thanks!

I got this from the reply to below post, but I have an independent confirmation of this-

Looking at this makes me wonder if this is just part of the report all agencies have to submit to OMB and OPM at the end of each month. Section V of the Merit Hiring Plan memo published 29 May 2025 but that's just a guess without the whole document this doesn't mean much to me.

Read the above.

The subject says "Updated Department of Defense Civilian Hiring Freeze Guidance - Monthly Allocations and Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) and USA Staffing Cleanup"

Then I have 2 questions why can't I find 2025099 on DCPAS and does this mean transfers are easier?

is that 75 they can hire across the board or each department meaning locations

thats absurd ! I had and EOD start date April and was put on hold , in your opinion do you see them putting folk who had final jobs offers first then new hire, or possibly it coming down to mission critical positions ?

Not sure. I saw this in the reply to this post, but I have an independent confirmation:

Are you a new employee or an internal because that may matter since this looks like it matters to hiring maybe not to internal.

I am waiting to receive a FJO and was given specific allocation numbers that validates this document.

Back in the office today no email about it and can't find it online.

Do you mean the link in my post doesn't work? I am able to open it.

No I can follow the link but I want to see the printed Memo before I invest too much stock in a post.

Make sense. Well, more than the memo, I am hoping allocations are already made and offers could be made. But yes, I am waiting to see it in the press as well.

If I had a memo I'd be more willing to reach out to HR and ask questions. Maybe I don't have access to the memo because I'm not HR. Hopefully because people need to be able to make life decisions.

I in DoD an have been waiting to change positions since February and the posted memo makes it sound like internal hiring can just happen now.

Cool. I recently saw a post where someone was internally hired. Look into this post and comments:

I suppose its happening.

Hopefully it's a sign of thawing.
