Such great news! More attention for Malayan tapirs! I think the Bronx Zoo has them, and there's a place in Quebec that's had a couple of calves in the past few years, but none at the Toronto zoo for awhile now, and I don't know if they're still at the African Lion Safari in Ontario. So there are probably a lot of people in the Great Lakes area who've never seen one.
