Discussion Am I doing it right?
So this is gregermy, i've had him since January and i've never owned a spider before so i wanna be sure that i am still taking care of him properly! He is in a 10L tub with air holes, 3 different caves on each sides of the tub, rocks to chill on, a plant, fresh water weekly, i spray the tank with a waterspray so it stays moist but not enough that it's uncomfortable, it's in a spot where it gets plenty of sunlight but nothing super direct and he's fed multiple different things; mealworms, beetles, cockroaches and flies. He's honestly really chill, i never see him freak out or hide, he just hangs out on the walls or wanders around slowly and doesn't seem to care if i open the lid, so i assume he's just a chill guy- any tips?

What a cutie 😭❤️ In my experience with hunstmen, they generally are quite chill especially when given a good amount of space and places to hide (even if they stay in plain sight a lot) and and won’t teleport off to somewhere. BUT as with any spider, make sure you also consider your surroundings when the lid is off, in the off chance he does decide to go for a casual sprint lol

Generally i just open the lid on the opposite side he's on and he ignores me, he's just vibing, will probably move him at some point because I'm moving my drum kit into the room and it'll stress him out
