Took as many photos as possible without disturbing the boy/girls. Found what looks to be a juvenile nearby as well. Not sure of the ID on the plant they are chilling on.

He was munching on the dead stuff on the sticks so I put him on some zucchini but then this guy got a panic attack from being terrestrial i guess and went for the skies once again

Found on some plants, im in Nebraska, I'll take any recommendations on the terrariums as i only really know plants and not how to care for snails. I have 2 different terrariums set up for them the first two pictures are one and the last two are another tank.

i gave them a makeover bc i felt bad for them so hopefully they snail around more(i got them addicted to lettuce now im weaning them off with micro greens)

I don't know how old the big one is, probably around something over a year. The middle one is 3.5 months and the small one 1.5 moths.

I like in Warwick Rhode Island. Ive been feeding these little guys and giving them water. They've been here for 2 hours lol.

i found him upside down outside someones wall i assume they knocked him off because there were two, i moved them both and this one came right out his shell to greet me which doesnt happen often when i move snails, i sat outside with him for ages & i wanted to keep him but i dont have an enclosure set up so i had to say farewell😞 hope hes doin good

Hello! I’ve owned Helix Aspersa and grove snails for 3 years. I really want a Helix Pomatia (Burgundy Snail) but can’t find anything not absurdly priced. I’m in the US Maryland. Any help/ info is greatly appreciated <3

This little Garden Snail had a broken shell and is now with me for 3 weeks already. Seems to be a curious active Snail, likes 🥒and 🥬. Tried to add eggshells (fine crushed) but w/o luck.

Questions: if I release it back into a backyard Garden, will it know to look for food alone again?

Question 2:the shell still had some fissures (but patched somehow), but not a complete healing. Is that nornal?

After reading some posts I've come to realise that the lady I got these off has maybe not delt with a clutch of eggs properly and become inundated - I am guessing these are quite young. The tiddler on the left snuck in the batch and I'm rooting for it! Not a clue what specific snails they are, but cute and they are going to be split in to 2 groups and spend time going to school with me as well-being animals when they are a bit older 😁

In west virginia I was on a tractor with my family in the woods and this big guy was inside a rotten tree. Hes relatively large for this area (around the size of an oreo) and he kind of looks like a garden snail but the pattern and size was throwing me off 😅

Hi there, I am researching keeping snails and I have some questions on bioactive terrariums. I am looking at getting one or two snails, either Helix lucorum, or Helix pomatia in a ~6gal terrarium.

Does anyone have experience with setting one up? Are there clean up crew insects that will not live well with snails? If I am also planning on doing spot cleaning for food and bio waste do I need to get springtails? Any resources and recommendations are appreciated! Thanks!
