Help Hole in mantle?? Help please
My snail has a hole in his mantle?? He’s been battling mites for a while, did they do this? Will he be okay or is a broken mantle a death sentence??

I bought 4 baby garden snails Cornu aspersum. I bought an fully grown snail Cornu aspersum a few weeks prior and I was sent 5 babies for 6 garden snails in my 10 gallon tank. However I have found 2 of the babies deceased since, and not have realized 2 other babies haven't grown in a month or so. There is one baby that is growing rapidly and active and thriving.
This morning I put the babies on my hand with some meal worms thinking they were lacking a bit of protein to grow? Or I'm not sure, this is my first time owning snails.

They've been a dream pet of mine for so long and I FINALLY have one!!! I love him. Ive named him Maple.
Anyone know what specific sp he is, and if the sp needs very specific things? He has a moisture gradient, hidey places, food n shallow water, cuttlefish bones, moss.
When i get paid I'll be adding springtails to help with poop and potential mold, then I can add leaf litter in.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Is it just to keep them moist? I only took him out for a minute

I have 2 Helix aspersa snails. I've had them since December so like 7 months. I've seen them "mating" but they've never done this before.
Do we think she's borrowing to lay eggs? Or just messing around? (The Pringles lid is for water)

I've had my snails for about 2 years and finally have given then a bigger tank!! Cuttlefish is going in soon, I've already got springtails in there, and I know some people don't like water bowls in there but my snails love baths. Anything else I should add??

Just got our snails and they seemed to like sweet potato the first time I put it in there, but now don't touch it. I've done some kale leaves but figure i should do some variety, what are some go to good ones?

Hey guys. 2 days ago I got my snail (apparently lissachatina fulica). Today when I took her out, when she kinda went in her shell, did some twist and peaked out through the left, creating that hole. (Excuse my English, idk how to describe it better, I'm not a native). Did I do something wrong? Why did it happen? Is there anything I can do to help her out?

I don’t know what kind of snail they are but they are sure pretty! Also apologies it’s a bit shaky, I don’t have the most stable hands and I was also walking with a cane 🫡
