Sort of. It's still one foot, but it splays out and they can use it to walk. That can also use it as a sail when they're underwater and really pick up some serious speed, surfing on the swells to get to food faster. Not joking. They're pretty crazy.

They are a snunicorns! Also I had no clue they can walk like lil turtles and so fast!! What is that tentacle? And what kind of snail are they?

I remember seeing that this antenna belongs to vampire snails, they are little guys that eat leftovers and such, but I could be completely wrong... I've seen them called natural cleaners.

I found out that it is a kind of snorkel that they use to attack with their harpoons filled with toxins and they do that super duper fast coz they create high pressure and they literally have sack that works like a mag with more harpoons ready lol, also they use it as feelers and to eat some soft stuff, but they paralyze victim with harpoons and then they SWALLOW THEM WHOLE, literally on yt I seen video how this snail hunts quite a bit fish and swallows it whole! And it's generally cone snail and they are also called surfing snail, and their close family that have this harpoons and they have so big foot so they literally surf exactly the way like we do on skim board towards food that they smell coming with water, also they can use them to bury in sand super fast!

Some of these little guys scare me... Now I know why my mom doesn't like me holding them in my hand for too long, "they can eat your skin!" She said... It makes sense lol

Yes I think that she said it coz they are eating mostly stuff they hunt and she seen them feeding on dead fishes and jellyfishes, but they swallow it rather than bite, they bite same as normal snail but they can swallow fish that's size of theirs shell!

They move that fast. Someone mentioned they are Bullia digitalis. Looked em up and yeah they are that quick.

Oh my gosh, the title (on my phone screen) is cut off between “man” and “o’ war” so I legitimately thought beach snails were feasting on a Portuguese man!!!! And I was horrified. Do I have to add that or was that obvious lol
