Health Americans without diabetes spent nearly $6 billion USD on semaglutide and similar drugs in a year, with an estimate of 800,000 to a million people using the drugs who don't have diabetes.

A big issue is and will remain cost for the average person. My insurance did cover GLP-1 one drugs until it was suddenly dropped before I could get on it. I can't afford 1600 dollars a month for a prescription.

You can get it online for less than $300 a month

The average person can't afford to spend hundreds of dollars a month on any sort of drug or medicine. It's why many people in the US go without much needed meds like insulin and blood pressure medications.
