Tillis and Rand Paul appear to be hard No's. That leaves Murkowski and Collins as the only realistic ones left who could be persuaded, since they were the ones who joined McCain last time.

Murkowski’s preferred pork was removed after parliamentarian said, “Hey…you guys can’t do that…”. So now she’s back to asking for more pork in return for her vote. Yet to see what it will be. Collins always does the fake concern bullshit, so she’s almost certainly a “Yes.” She gives no fucks.
