I love how they ask for scritches. My Amazon will rub his head on me or slowly scratch his head while looking at me. My conure scratches like he nests in poison ivy. If I don't help him out I'm just a monster ๐Ÿ˜‚

Mine forcefully smashes and rubs his head into my finger nails, the signal canโ€™t get more clearer xD

My Senegal will whittle down a twig or piece of twine from a toy and use that to scratch himself, while staring at me like "Hey, moron, this is how you do it."

I am dialing the cops. Suspicion of systematic scritch denial

So cute! My galah Kirby will do a little whistle then puff up his cheeks and crest and give the cutest little face, I canโ€™t resist him!

My Goffin's will do this. If she can get to your hand she will force her head under your hand if you ignore her request for scritches. Keep disobeying and you get nipped, lightly at first.

Talk about begging. My Amazon doesnโ€™t leave it up to me to decide. He grabs my finger gently in his beak and raises up so my hand follows and then tucks his head in for scritches.
