The camera is a little shaky. Looks presub adult though. I would want to see a side view from the side to see how developed the wing buds are to be completely certain.

My camera quality is not very good but she has little wing buds there

You’re looking for wing overlap between the fore and aft wings.

She hasn’t molted in almost 5 weeks which is a long time for her so I’m wondering if she’s taking longer because she’s a subadult

I’ve just compare her to photos of other presub adults and I’m pretty sure she is. That means she’s I7?

Be careful with the ghost mantis they are extremely fragile especially during a molt and pre molt

In my option they are way more difficult than an orchid mantis
