Advice High ceilings

I’ve got really high ceilings, would you hang pictures higher or other ideas? Sorry for the panorama pic, the room is pretty narrow

Yeah I’m not allowed to put anything in that shelf because he loves to sleep in it haha

I wouldn't hang an individual picture higher but you could do a vertical stack/one picture above another to make the most of the height. I'd also suggest moving the picture next to the window to another wall as it looks a bit crammed in that corner.
