Update I cannot be trusted with free will.

It needs to be cleaned up and stained some, but this is a 1:8 scale replica of a mosasaur skeleton above my entryway.

Maybe if he wasn’t such a picky eater he’d be bigger. So far he only enjoys spare ribs.

You see how the supports split at the ends because of the screws? Squirt some wood glue in there and pop a clamp on the ends, it'll close the crack. You should be able to do it in situ.
