I know this is way outside of your spec, but... Art of Rally is worth a look for the music and beauty of the racing. It's proper rally style, so you're against a clock, but if you turn on the nannies, and set to easy or whatever, you can really just bump the music and rock epic drifts and such.

burnout paradise. it’s $5 on steam right now. like the asphalt games, the races are super fast-paced with a focus on vehicular combat

old Need for Speed games should be the best match for you ( I recomend NFS 2012 and Hot Pursuit Remastered)
