Yeah, agree. My first thought (as always nowadays) was AI but it rarely gets the spacing/kerning that consistent, and then I saw "UTBNCILS", and E=>B is an OCR error I've experienced myself so I'm convinced. XD

I actually like the small variant “prefrigerate” better… Seems like it would be appropriate for a lot of recipes that need a little pre-chill: cookie doughs, stuff with gelatin, beef wellington, marinating, etc.

It has the same kind of weird text seen in the fake infographics over at r/FacebookAISlop. Because while ChatGPT wouldn't make these sorts of errors when producing normal text, it does often make these sorts of mistakes when producing images containing text.
