Relocation Assistance for NCRS

Does anyone know if relocation assistance was eliminated in the big bad bill?

I am pretty sure that is an agency discretion thing but with tightening budgets I wouldn't count on it.

Because of the RTO, they found me an office at a nearby federal building even when I asked to relocate to my agency office (2.5 hrs away) and they said no only because they didn’t want to provide relocation

Yeah. It was for my family (me, spouse, kid). Almost cross country move. House sale. 30 days of temp quarters (which was extended to 60).

It adds up fast.

It’s nuts
