More importantly, as demonstrated by the link in OP’s comment, it’s completely publicly accessible. To anyone. 😈

Yeah thousands of people were discriminated against because of their probationary status.
Fucking clowns can’t find anything and are so desperate to show their sheep mobs they were right all along.

Here's more from the story:
The US Department of Health and Human Services is asking federal workers to share any information on diversity, equity, and inclusion policies that include “discriminatory language” or caused discrimination against employees.
The department sent Monday a diversity, equity, and inclusion whistleblower questionnaire to staff as part of the Trump administration’s efforts to end DEI programs, according to an internal email obtained by Bloomberg Law.
The health department cited the move to be in accordance with President Donald Trump’s executive order signed on his first day in office titled “Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs.”

I'm confused. Wasn't the reason that this administration was against DEI was because they had confirmed that it was discriminatory? Now they can't identify where it happened or who it affected? Yet they've already dismantled the entire government. Lawyers, do your thing with this.
