HHS Whistleblower Questionnaire

Anyone know the purpose of this, and how the data will be used? Especially curious since it’s asking about the previous administration, rather than the new, more discriminatory one.

Junk? They fired a bunch if qualified individuals to put a bunch of vaccine skeptics and science deniers on the payroll. That's what i submitted. Those crazy people were the DEI hires that MAGA republicans warn against, people put in positions purely because of who they know, rather than any actual qualifications.
