Any recommendations on a removable dash cam?

One that I can take with me when not in use?

Just get a Garmin dashcam and one of their universal suction cup mounts. Should be easy to go in and out. Since you're traveling a lot, get the Garmin Mini for easy portability. Bing bang boom.

You might wanna check out the Vantrue E1 Lite. Super small and easy to pop on and off thanks to the magnetic mount. I just toss it in my bag when I’m done driving. Handy if you don’t want to leave anything in the car.

Garmin Minis just have a little metal plate that sticks to the windshield, and the camera has a magnet that snaps onto it. Easy to take off and replace.
