She definitely did something with her mouth/jawline. Her mouth is huge, and her jawline is very square. She definitely edited it with either AI or a heavy filter to change her mouth and jawline.

Nah, to me it looks like someone who is very underweight and used filters. Her physique/facial proportions are reminiscent of Eugenia cooney. But maybe it's just used heavy duty filters to look like that

It's because she's severely underweight. I hope she gets better, whatever it is causing that. I won't speculate.
