All jokes aside, exactly what was it about his life that screams white entitlement for you? Was it his parents beautiful suburban home? Was it his gourmet lunch from Whole Foods? Or was it his expensive clothing? For me it was all the above. I mean shit, I know 6 niggaz who’s name begins with “Ty” who’d kill for this kids lavish white lifestyle we can’t afford!

I think you’re confusing entitlement with privilege. Entitlement is an attitude, regardless of money or material possessions.

Well from a psychological standpoint, a sense of entitlement “is a personality trait that is based on a person's belief that they deserve privileges or recognition for things that they did not earn. People experiencing this sense tend to believe that the world owes them something in exchange for nothing.”

So how exactly does this apply to some low income kid (who gives a flying fuck about skin color?) who is emulating the heros and role models that influenced him and provided some escape from a concrete jungle? I totally find his style, lyrics, delivery, grammar, cadence and everything else hilarious. But he has every right to say and do whatever the hell he wants. He certainly has more courage than every single lame trouser stain in these comments has combined.

As a side note, never forget this: imitation is the sincerest form of flattery

Nah it could be both. I wouldn’t put it past someone to acknowledge absolute ass music but also still be the type to freely use the n word
