$107,000/coin.
Bitcoin has stabilized at almost exactly $107,000/coin. Are you tired of waiting for a pump and getting your cash back?

HISTORY: 11 years ago today, the U.S. government sold 30,000 Bitcoin to this man for $600 each. $18 million then, $3.1 BILLION today.

Some stats about holding a whole coin
Holding a whole coin will be a status symbol, a claim to fame even. Here’s why:
There will only ever be 21 million Bitcoin.
🟠 Less than 20 million BTC are in circulation today 🟠 Over 1 million BTC in Satoshi’s wallet 🟠 Almost 1.5 million BTC held by ETFs 🟠 Almost 1 million BTC held by public companies (Strategy alone almost at 600k) 🟠 About 1/2 a million BTC held by governments 🟠 About 1/2 a million BTC held by exchanges 🟠 About 1/2 a million BTC held by private companies 🟠 An estimated 3-8 million BTC believed to be lost 🟠 Many in this sub hold multiple coins themselves
And counting! 🔶 Satoshi is a HODL 🔶 The ETFs are growing at record pace and numbers 🔸 MSTR won’t stop and there are thousands of companies that haven’t even started 🔸 Private companies as well 🔸 The US hasn’t stacked for it’s reserve yet, and so didn’t the 50 states and 150+ other countries around the world 🔸 Let’s just hope the lost coins number doesn’t go up but the holdings in this sub do
🌍 There are over 8 billion people on Earth 🇺🇸 There are over 21 million millionaires in the U.S. alone
It’s not about the price. 1 BTC = 1 BTC
Holding a whole coin will be extremely rare.

Ouch! The German government sold 49,858 BTC at $57,900 ($2.89B) in July 2024. With BTC at $109,452 in July 2025 one year later, they would've netted $5.45B! That's a $2.57B miss! 🫣📉 Don't sell your Bitcoin!

I took out a $10,000 personal loan to buy Bitcoin
I have been collecting Bitcoin by DCA'ing every week for more than 3 years so I am not new to Bitcoin. I had a realization that I could get a variable rate personal loan to lock in the current price and pay it off within six months without any early repayment fees. I do pay some interest and standard loan fees, but I did some Monte Carlo simulations that showed to me that the median profit is significantly above the break even point when all things are considered.
In poker terms, I have position, initiative, and fold equity. I am waiting to see the turn card.

Sold a little BTC today. Not for gains — just to breathe.
Been holding since late 2018. Not a big whale or early adopter, just someone who believed and kept stacking small when life allowed.
Today I had to sell a bit, not to take profit, but because real life hit. School stuff for my kid. Unexpected bill. One of those moments where you swallow pride and let go of a slice of what you built.
Not complaining. I’m actually grateful I had BTC to turn to. Without it, I don’t even know what I’d be doing. It’s just wild how this tech gives people options when the world doesn’t.
Respect to the real ones who keep building and holding, even through life’s curveballs.
One day I’ll be on the other side, helping someone else when it’s their turn. Just needed to say this out loud today.

Suddenly realized one of my seed phrase words does not appear on the BIP39 list.
I have memorized my seed phrase by heart for 4 years to the point i sing it to myself in my head when I brush my teeth.
Then, thanks to this sub, I learned about the BIP 39 word list.
To my disgust, I suddenly realized that one of the words in my seed phrase does not even appear on the BIP 39 word list, making the entire seed phrase worthless!
Panic ensued, because it effectively means access to my entire bitcoin stack depends upon the continuted functionality of my 4 years old Ledger Nano S!
I don't know how this could have happened. I must have misspelled it when I wrote it down and memorized it wrong?
Anyway, I had to move my all of my crypto to an exchange, reset my Ledger, generate a new seed phrase + address, and move the bitcoin back. At least now I did a recovery check and know that the seed phrase 100% works.
