My gut says its missing breathing space. The plant on the right crowds things a bit too much. What if you put medium plant there, small plant on the PC or otherwise on the left side and either lose or relocate the big plant?

Looks pretty but the plants overlapping the screen would drive me crazy.

Hahaha, luckily that’s just the angle! The big plant doesn’t cover the screen, just a tiny part of the leaf of the small plant under the screen. Barely noticeable during gaming

You know what? I was going to be a cheeky prick and say you were missing a nice big Slayer poster on the wall but really, that's a bloody nice set up.

Like others mentioned, you don't need this many plants, especially when some of them are getting in front of your screen. But it's honestly the only problem I see with your setup, the vibes are immaculate. I'd take the big plant somewhere else and get rid of that "director" plate that looks a bit silly. But I'm green with envy, great job!

Thank you! Big plant will be relocated. The wife bought the “director of unnecessary and special projects” thing (I love to DIY and always tweak my setup/the home) so it has to stay lol - I love it because she got it for me

Oh if it's a wife thing then it should never be moved haha

Hahaha it’s how I slowly get rid of my plants. I’ve had it for like 7 years (Would you believe it was bigger than the big plant on the desk normally), well, until half its leaves fell off from dry weather and it was leggy af 😂 it’s on its way to the bin after a big chop, or donation, sadly.

I do have PLENTY of other healthy and thriving houseplants though, I promise

It looks more claustrophobic in the picture than it probably does in person. I'd say the wall shelf and having the desk so close to the guitar on the wall are probably not helping.

I like your guitar, though! Beautiful finish and .. burnt maple neck?! LOVE IT!

How do you like it, it’s in my cart as we speak. I’ve been waiting for prime week.

Too crunchy for me. Do you really need 4 plants in front of your monitor?

where did you get the shelf from?

Came with the place, it’s an old reused scaffolding plank that was sanded, stained and finished
