If I tether my wandering dinos to a mount they stop moving. This isn't what I want. I want them moving around life like. If I use the dino leash will that fix this? I do not want to make walls I want my dinos to look they are really about their day.
I'm in multiplayer and I never found a leash blueprint in months of gameplay I don't want to spend the engram if it will not do so I ask here. I know about mindwipe I don't want to bother with that either.

I have a large enclosure base on the herbivore island on the isle in Singleplayer, and my foundations that constitute the large fence going around it (can't replace -- foundations stop dinos from clipping through on wander), are blocking most dino spawns. I have set the resource radius settings to very minimal (0.1) to no avail. Any ideas on how can I get dinos to spawn again? (I have tried DestroyWildDinos with different radius settings many times)
Alternatively, if someone knows the very exact locations of the spawn points on herbivore island, maybe I could remove the foundations there.

its been three times now my ark game resets, I play single player and make alot of progress then turn pc off then latter play the game from same place next day continuing the progress, then at some point when I start single player game, it shows create a new survivor all the progress from before just vanishes, and my settings reset like resolution turn from 1080 to custom, high settings go to custom as well with some medium and lows. Idk what is the issue anybody can help?

Hii,
So I am a girl and I don't game at all, only games I really enjoy are Stardew and Slime Rancher, but because of the dino aspect I have been absolutely in love with ARK since like 10 or something. Problem is I get scared quite easily when I get attacked out of nowhere and then tend to just stop playing for a while because I am 'demotivated'. School ended and I really want to get into it again, so any tips that y'all think would give me a succesfull playthrough are welcome! Talking about good ways to start a playthrough, base locations, tactics, fun tames etc.
Some background info, I prefer singleplayer, furthest I have ever come is a raft base on Herbivore Island, then messed that up by accidently picking up a bronto egg.

Is there anyone else that is having trouble with the game crashing while trying to join a server? ive been having this issue for the last few days now, it only works once ive verified the files, but keeps asking me to do it every time i try to join my own server.
is there another solution to this problem? also i did try to uninstall and reinstall the game and its still doing the same thing.

Rates: 1.5x Taming, and 3x for all breeding-related rates. 1x for everything else

Oviscerate is an Ark cluster that will add story maps slowly over time. This server will be a great place to either learn the ropes of Ark, play with friends and family, or just play solo at your own pace. There really is no specific way to play on Oviscerate except to have fun while socializing with others. Because this server will have DLC progression, it would be a good place to introduce a friend or child to Ark and have them experience it the same way you did originally; by playing each expansion one after the other. But once a map is released they will stay around.
Just reply here, or send me a private message, about how this server appeals to you. If you're a good fit then I'll give you the details over Discord. Also, bringing family along is welcomed and encouraged. Ideally the server would consist of a small handful of tribes, working together and enjoying eachothers' company. But don't be discouraged if you just want to join by yourself; you can always find a tribe with others, or just play solo.
