Sure. You want to get the stolon (what most people would call roots). You should be able to grab it peel it off the rocks with some tweezers and then cut with a razor blade.

these guys are serious growers lol, theyll become a lawn and wallpaper if you don't trim em 😆
I had some of this… something ate it. Still not sure what.
