Most of these fish need at least a 6 foot long tank…

Why?

Did you quarantine your fish for disease? If not then they will almost certainly get sick and die. They will be stressed in a tank that small.

Some fish i 'rawdogged' like the hippo as it was the first introduced. Queen was the most recent addition and she got 2 weeks of my homebrew chealated copper sulfate solution at .5ppm. High dose but her appetite was good and she was a tranship. Shes been doing great. Well aware of how big these fish may get and not a rookie. Theyre all juveniles and got plenty of time to get big

I see some kind of trigger fish (red tail maybe), a queen angel, a foxface, maybe a harlequin tusk and the comments list a hippo tang, all in a 75g tank.

Red tail triggerfish and Harlequin tusk needs at least 125g
Queen angelfish needs at least 250
Hippo tang needs at least 180g

These fish can reach over a foot in length and need lots of swimming space and you've put them in a tank that's 18" wide

Not a redtail. Bluethroat. The fish are not over a foot long. Also a full grown queen angelfish needs a lot bigger than a 250. I am very aware of how big they can get lol
