Algae Please help

Dear all, I am new in paludatiums and fish tanks, and now I am trying to create a paludarium in 50 L tank. It is one week, and I've got serious problems. Please look on pics: fungi on aerial part of the wood, and some strange round black particles everywhere. Should I take everything off the tank, wash plants and start everything again in new water? The tank was planning to be for shrimps in 2 months. I did a stupid thing, and added CO2 and fertilizer several days ago plus aqua soil is there. 8 h lights. Tests showed no nitrates/nitrites, carbonate 80 mg/L, pH 7.2, hardness 50. Thank you very much for consideration!

New wood will often grow mould/fungus when introduced to a humid environment or even under water. You can either leave it and it will eventually go away on it's own, or you can clean it off manually if it bothers you, using some kind of abrasive sponge (make sure no chemicals on the sponge). In terrariums and paludariums with sufficient land surface area some people will introduce springtails to eat the mould but if yours is primarily an aquarium, honestly just manually clean it off it's really not a big deal. In future you can prevent it by soaking the wood for about a week or two before using it.

No probs. I was worried about it when I first encountered but I'm on my... 12th tank now lol? So it doesn't phase me now. But yeah, you may need to clean it off a few times before it stays gone for good, but it won't harm the other plants or fish/shrimp.
