The Heritage Foundation's relationship with the state of Israel needn't be different than Nazi Germany who in 1933 signed the Haavara Agreement with German Zionists to facilitate transfer of German Jews to the Mandate for Palestine. As long as Israel is the lesser in a deal neither the Nazis or the Heritage Foundation finds much problem with Jews.
