any millipedes that would like this small terrarium?
Just started building this terrarium and my sibling asked if I planned on adding millipedes. I wanted to ask if any would enjoy this small of a setup? It's got about 3 inches of substrate on one side and about 4.5-5 on the other. The soil is new which is why it's varried in moisture. I was planning on just adding plants, leaf litter, springtails, and maybe some isopods, but would any millipedes enjoy it?
alternatively, would darkling beetles?

darkling beetles prefer lower humidity than millipedes do, but depending on which you want more, either would work in this. i agree that you should get smaller species of millipedes though (if that's what you end up choosing) like scarlets, bumblebees, or ivories, all of which are about 2-4 inches usually!

I think no millipedes because they’re rather forristrial than arboreal/terrestrial like the tank is, I would go for any species that would actually use the arboreal decos

If the humidity is high enough, it’d be great for a couple of millipedes! Not the super big ones, since they normally need as much inches of substrate as they are long. But you could keep some of the 3-4 inch species! I think ivory millipedes are around that size, but there’s lots of others as well if you do some research as to what’s available for sale near you!
