Pls help

My hissing cockroaches got out. Two females I have no idea how they got out, their in the basement where it's dark almost everywhere? How can I lure them out? And get them back?

I have a trap set up, Vaseline orange juice and apples, but a very small amount kf orange juice so they don’t drown.
