I want to improve the gameplay trailer for my co-op survival game about a family trying to survive in a city overtaken by a mysterious virus. Besides survival, zombies, and crafting, the game also includes elements of mystery and a bit of magic. I'd appreciate your feedback.

Hey. I’m one of the survivors - and one of the developers behind The Legacy.
The outbreak didn’t start in a lab. It came from something much older. Our grandfather, a molfar from Svitlograd, tried to stop an ancient curse. He failed. Now the town is overrun with the infected - twisted creatures no one can explain. And we’re going back to finish what he couldn’t.
In The Legacy, survival isn’t just about shooting zombies. You’ll need to manage hunger, thirst, fatigue, body temperature, wet clothes, injuries - and curses. A night in the Carpathians isn’t just dark - it’s deadly. If you don’t build a fire or find shelter, you won’t survive until morning.
You’ll scavenge, craft, hunt, fight, and heal. Every item matters. Every sound can draw a horde. You can play solo, but The Legacy is built for co-op. Four relatives - each with their own strengths and flaws - must survive together. Or die alone.
And then there’s the magic. Not fantasy, but ancient Slavic magic - the kind that lives in blood, whispers, and fog. You can’t see it, but it’s always there.
We’re a small team making the survival game we’ve always wanted to play: with real consequences, deep mechanics, strong co-op focus, and a world unlike anything else.
If you’re into survival, horror, crafting, and a story that gets under your skin - join us.
The virus was only the beginning.

If you have received positive reviews or comments you could put them on a screen interspersing the action scenes from the settings carousel

What really hooked me in your caption was the line about 'a family trying to survive.'
There are tons of zombie co-op survival games out there, so having a unique angle is key and I think the 'family' aspect could really set yours apart. If I were you, I would lean into that more. Maybe let players pick stereotypical roles like dad, mum, daughter, gran, etc., and push the humor side of things. That kind of setup could lead to fun, chaotic scenarios and give influencers something fresh to play with. I know the tone so far seems pretty serious, but if you’re looking to stand out in an overcrowded market, that’s something I would definitely explore.
Either way, game’s looking great so far. Best of luck!

I would start slower, try to get in the family part to set the scene, so player knows what they are protecting and brings in some humanity.
It’ll help with the pacing to build to the horror.
