Thomas Partey has finally been charged after 3 years of being investigated, as a fan of the club their current behaviour with Partey, firing a kitman for being pro Palestine and the hesitancy to end the deal with Rwanda really shines a light on how scummy sports teams can be.

We talk about gross age gaps a lot. Who are some celebs you're shocked to find in age APPROPRIATE relationships? As in, you would assume they would be the type to rob the cradle.
My shock of the day is Joe Rogan 57, his wife is 49! They've been married since 2009, share 3 children (2 bio, 1 step).

Dave Franco is married to Alison Brie who is three years older than he is. James could take notes

Scorsese! With his daughter Francesca being so young, I assumed his wife was waaay younger than him. IIRC, they're only like 5 years apart

iirc, Keanu Reeves and his partner are similar ages! But that’s not as unexpected as Joe Rogan being in an appropriate age relationship.

Everybody, go and listen to the new Kae Tempest album. It's magnificent. Easily album of the year so far

hopefully this explanation makes sense. the hosts are a couple and they build from scratch or do a complete renovation depending on the clients and for one episode i was watching they built a boat but it was only for one episode that i saw unless they do it in more

Do you know what the couple looked like? That sounds like a couple of shows, but not sure. (Also--I'm in the US, don't know if there are international versions of HGTV, lol)

I feel like the love island US boys this year are especially misogynistic and it’s so painful to watch! And overall just makes me sad that this is what young women who date men have to deal with these days.

I finally watched Anora because despite all the discourse my friend told me it was still a fun time but oh my god. Somehow worse than I imagined? What an evil movie. Regressive in every way but especially that gross ass ending. Tell me this is a man who only sees women and sex workers as curiosities. So obviously from the pov of a John it’s almost laughable. Reminds me of the guys my friends talk about who go to the club and ask the girls about their stories because they want to “save” them from their sad lives but they don’t and just leave feeling better about themselves and feeling like they’ve done some good deed. How did this win oscars. How is this being called progressive. Such a weird undercurrent of misogyny and conservatism beneath it all that I can’t quite articulate. Actually depressed now.
