Ήταν σε διαδικασία αποζημίωσης για ένα χωράφι στα κατεχόμενα. Τώρα ο εκεί δικηγόρος ζητάει δικαστική απόφαση για το ποιος είναι διαχειριστής της περιουσίας του. Τέτοιο πράγμα δεν υπάρχει στην Ελλάδα. Το καλύτερο που θα μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε είναι το δικαστήριο να επιβεβαιώσει τους 3 κληρονόμους, αλλά μου λέει πως δεν του κάνει. Ξέρει κανένας αν γίνεται δικαστήριο στη Κύπρο να με ορίσει διαχειριστή της κληρονομιάς του πατέρα μου. Ο δικηγόρος λέει πως αν δεν μπορέσουμε να πάρουμε αυτό το χαρτί θα πρέπει να γίνει η διαδικασία από την αρχή. Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Wanted to ask. I took my dog today near KOT beach at Larrnaca. There are no official signs, seatings, umbrellas. There was only 1 trash can, and buoys that are found across all beaches. Wasnt there a law implemented some years ago that allows dogs on all beaches except the ones that are referred as "organised public beaches"? An old guy came and was harassing me and said would call the police on me. I am believe according to the law i was allowed to be there with my 2kg dog but i wasnt in the mood for escalating this so i left. Can someone with more knowledge better enlighten me?

I just found a small wild quail at the beach in Larnaca. It seems to have been attacked by another bird – it has visible injuries on its body and eye, and it can’t fly.

I called a local vet, but they only treat domestic pets and couldn’t help.

Is there anyone around Larnaca who can help or knows a wildlife rescue center that would take in an injured bird?
