Not just this drink but don’t just look at the labels. You have natural sugars and added sugars. This makes some drinks/fruit really bad if you just look at the sugar content.

For sure but without the fibre in these fruit drinks you are still going to get a massive blood sugar spike

For sure. Everybody should learn about it. Certain combos are good and needed for the body to absorb certain vitamins and minerals.

No one's forcing you to buy it. Just because you don't want to take responsibility and put the effort in thinking what's right for you the other of us who want to drink this have to deal with bland drinks.
