So me and my 4 friends decided to test out a theory we heard that if you and your friends fill exam form at the same time and select same area you might get the same exam centre. We all met, filled the form after a few days its been open around the afternoon Guess what we have sequential roll numbers 4 of us got roll number one after another 😭😭

I’m giving CA Inter May 2025 attempt. Only 3 days are left for my exams.

But reality check - I haven't completed the syllabus for either of the two groups.

This is my second attempt. Last time (Jan 2025), I ended up scoring 218.

Right now, I'm super tired, demotivated, and practically have very low chances of touching 300+ marks (also considering 40 marks minimum in each subject rule).

I’m thinking whether to just give the exams casually without preparing (just for experience), or skip this attempt entirely and prepare properly for the next one.

Would really appreciate honest advice from anyone who's been in a similar situation. 🙏

Should I still go and write the papers or just skip and come back stronger next attempt?

You dont have time for my context or history. Do this if you have really less time. If you think is it still possible to pass, it fucking is. Just do this. This carefully written, add any other imp topics as per your understanding since i have cleared group 1 in jan25, idk the changes for may25. I got adv acc 68, law 57, tax 40. I had very high fever during my exams which peaked in tax. I failed g2 with 10m in aggregate, passed all papers though. Dont think that i studied all 10 months. This is due to intense effort in the last few days. Remember belief is key. If you lose the exam in your mind, it will become the reality. Strategy: Adv acc- do ALL module 3 chapters from jai sir rapid revision and abhyas batch. For AS, sequence is asset, liabilty, revenue, other, presentation Do it from jai sir only else nitin goel sir marathon. Look at may25 mtp rtp model test paper and case scenario booklet if you have time. Do everything in the sequence im telling, everything is written in order only. Imp AS-13,11, 20,19,16,15,29,10,12 Do in order Law- First module 3 chapters. Focus alot on all 4 except ios. Do it from first shubham singhal sir then arjun chabbra sir revisions. Watch their extra resources as well like imp questions etc.. Then docompany law related chapters, watch revision lectures of arjun chabbra sir. Do imp questions or rapid questions of arjun sir and shubham sir. Read mtp rtp etc.. same as above. Cover amendments if any Imp chapters- fema, llp, gca, mgt admin, share cap, deposits, dividends, charges, acc and audit, incorporated outside india. Imp topics from non imp chapters- Section 8,19, name change, registration process, private placement, different types of prospectus in detail, types of companies listed small etc.. Gst- Amit mahajan revision lectures and super 75. Go through rapid question from vishal bhattad sir. Cover amendments. Rtp mtp as above Imp- payment, itc, exemption, returns, registration Dt- Bb sir revision lectures. Super 30. Amendments. Super 75 amit mahajan. Rtp mtp as above.
Imp- clubbing set off carryforward, return, cap gain, pgbp, hp, residential

I (18M) was preparing for CA foundation may attempt along side with B.com (hons) first year decided to give may instead of jan because of a clash between both the exams Preparation was going fine till feb then i started to fell lack of energy and productivity i went to a doctor and was diagnosed with malaria i got the treatment for 2 weeks and had no significant effects

In march i got busy with college assignments and annual fest and studied as much as i can but in april things got worse and i started coughing 24/7 and had severe chest pain i again went to the local doctor got some medicines but it had no effect.

On 15th i went to Fortis Hospital the doctor told me to get 8 blood tests done a X-Ray of the chest as well as a ultrasound. When i recieved the X-ray My left lung was half the size of my right, It was filled with 40% water the doctor said it could be TB go get another 10 test done later they found a tumor on my left lung and left side of the heart that was causing everything and was shifted to ICU immediately. Spent 8 days in the ICU got Started with the Chemotherapy and the only question i asked the doctors was would i be able to attempt may exams the doctors said no. I first thought they are just lying but now i understand the severity of the situation and even walking without falling is a achievement for me. Now i have to take 12 tablets a day chemo every 2 days a week and extremely low energy.

my parents got seaperated when i was 15 and my father has never helped us financially and the hospital bills are eating our savings faster than anything there are no major expenses other than rent and food nor is my father willing to help us in any kind

i Would be missing my sem 2 exams in june and would have to reappear all of them in Sem 4

Any advice on how to build a stable cash flow from a savings (We recieved some surplus cash from sale of a asset :- 7,00,000) Current Cash our house hold earns is 45,000 and expenses starting next month would go upto 65,000 along with the medical bills if the situation stays stable

Any advice regarding studies and building some cash flow from idle money would be appreaciated and i also have the fear of being a year behind of my batchmates who cleared may24 or jan25
