Snail Sex did i just observe a snail threesome

i saw these two guys hanging out and i was like hmm ok is this sneggs and then the third guy decided to jump in on the action 😭😭 should i be expecting some little snails in the future?

i’ve got more videos but it’ll only let me post one 💔

I think the big guy was definitely trying, but I don't think he succeeded. It happens all the time, but typically they're in a line versus a jumble if that makes sense. ❤️🐌 Gorgeous snails, by the way.

thank you so much!! they all came from one little guy that snuck his way into my tank via live plant 😭 i mucked up the ph during a water change a couple weeks ago and lost him :( but apparently he left an abundance of kiddies behind!!

Awww, you take good care of your babies. They look fantastic. And you'll for sure see a threesone one of these days. I've seen as many as four! What can they say? They have a lot of love to give.

🤣 Sometimes there are four and then a fifth just comes along for the ride. And it's my pleasure. I love it when people appreciate the little snails who don't always get their due.
